Bellevue Education Choices

Bellevue as a community provides educational opportunities from preschool through high school. Smaller class sizes allow teachers to give more individual attention to each student. Colleges, universities, community colleges, and technical training schools are all accessible within driving distance plus some offer classes over the internet.

Extra-curricular programs are offered by Bellevue Community School District and Marquette Catholic School System. Activities include band, boys/girls basketball, boys/girls track, football, cross country, girls softball, girls volleyball, boys/girls soccer, cheerleading, boys baseball, and boys/girls golf. Over the years, both high schools have played in state tournaments. This is a testament to the talent of our outstanding athletes and the quality of our athletic programs.

This community is committed to quality education for their children and understands the value of solid academic programs, technology and extracurricular activities to bring out the best in each and every student. The journey through these schools will prepare students for a lifetime of achievement and success.

Bellevue Community School District

Bellevue Community School District has two primary buildings, an elementary school for Bellevue WOW Preschool and grades K–5, and a middle school/high school for grades 6–12. Bellevue’s World of Small Wonders (WOW) Preschool was the recipient of the 2004–2005 FINE (First in the Nation in Education) State Award for excellence in education.

The mission of Bellevue Community School District is to provide all students with opportunities to become life-long learners and responsible citizens in a global society, who value self and others. Provisions are made for all levels of ability, ranging from basic skills to advanced level courses.
